Development and Customization: Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS1.Workflow Management: Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows1.Integration: Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems/applications via APIs1.Performance Analysis: Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements1.Configuration Management: Configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls1.Technical Documentation: Provide input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals1.Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate effectively with other developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
